 The Rumah Bedah (House Renovation) Festival that was held in the Jogya Expo Center in Yogyakarta between May 3-7, 2008 attracted many visitors. This is understandable as apart from being a fast-developing city with construction everywhere, Yogyakarta is one of the centers of handiwork in Indonesia, with high demand for many of the items available in this exhibition such as glue, paint and others.

The “Indo Build” Tech construction materials exhibition took place between April 9 to 13, 2008 at the newly opened Gramedia Expo building. This exhibition attracted plenty of attention from the local community as well as from areas around Surabaya as many residents of those areas work in the construction materials industry and are the end users of products in this exhibition. PT Mikatasa Agung, a leading adhesives and paint company headquartered in Surabaya, was one of the participants in this exhibition.
